Pre-Participation Requirements for Student-Athletes at Moravian College
On behalf of the Athletic Training/Sports Medicine Department, welcome to Moravian College. Another school year is soon to begin and along with the beginning of the school year is the beginning of the athletic seasons.
The Athletic Training/Sports Medicine Department is responsible for the prevention and care of injuries occurring in the Intercollegiate Athletic Programs. The services of this department are available to all students participating in the College’s Athletic programs.
To help in the prevention of possible injuries all first year athletes are required to have a pre-participation physical. In each subsequent year annual updates are required for every student athlete wishing to participate in Moravian College’s Intercollegiate Athletic Program.
