Volleyball Squad Announces 2013 Leadership Team
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women’s volleyball team has announced its 2013 leadership team with senior Kelly Brown serving as team captain this fall.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's volleyball team has announced its 2013 leadership team with senior Kelly Brown serving as team captain this fall.
"Our 2013 season brings exciting changes to our leadership structure,' stated 21st-year Head Coach Shelley Bauder. Kelly will assume the role of team captain and will mentor the leadership class representatives Taylor Jennings (junior class) and Lauren Hostetler (sophomore class), and a first year class representative to be named later."
Moravian will also have senior Brittany O'Hara in charge of the Team Community Service and senior Katelynn Strohl leading Team Development.
The Greyhounds returned to campus on Friday, August 16 and will hit the court for the first time on Saturday morning with ten letterwinners and five starters from last year's 29-9 squad that set the school record for victories.
Moravian begins its 2013 season on Friday, August 30 when the squad hosts the 11th Annual Greyhound Premiere, a nine-team, two-day tournament in Johnston Hall and Timothy Breidegam Field House.
