Deb Schlosser returns to the Moravian College volleyball staff for for a fourth year in 2015.

Schlosser brings a wealth of experience to the volleyball program. She is a current assistant coach for the men's volleyball team at Kean University after serving as the head coach for the boys' volleyball team at Emmaus High School, head coach and club director of the Club Lehigh Boys Volleyball (USAV) program, head coach for Court Authority Girls Volleyball (USAV) and a camp clinician / private coach for East Penn Volleyball.

She also served as the head coach of the women's volleyball team at Lehigh Carbon Community College (2006-11) and the men's volleyball team at LCCC (2006-10). Schlosser was a boys and girls high performance evaluator for USA Volleyball (2004-07), IMPACT clinician for USA Volleyball (2005-07), and the head coach and program coordinator at LMYA and UMYA.

During Schlosser's career, she has held two board positions. Most recently, she was a northeast boy's council rep for the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association (2008-12). She also was a marketing chairperson and board member for the Keystone Region Volleyball Association (2003-08). Schlosser holds a CAP II, NYSCA, IMPACT, and USAV Provisional Scorekeeper certifications.

Schlosser earned her bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 and her master's degree from Moravian Theological Seminary in 2005.
