Spacesaver Storage Unit Finished in Equipment Room

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The new Spacesaver storage unit in Moravian's main equipment room in the Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse was finished Monday when the logo decal was added to the unit.

Last spring, schools and colleges across the U.S. shared their equipment storage challenges and photos at rockurstorage.com where students, facility, alumni, etc., could vote for their favorite schools in the 2012 "Rock UR Athletic Storage" contest. Participants voted through their Facebook account and were allocated 10 votes per day. The winning K-12 and college/university with the most votes each will be receiving a Spacesaver equipment storage makeover valued at $30,000.

Moravian won the college/university vote and representatives from the SpaceSaver Corporation came to last May to present the $30,000 check to Moravian. The unit was installed in the equipment room in August but wasn't completed until the logo decal was added on December 10th.
