160 Greyhounds Honored on 2024 Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll

TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference announced its 2024 Spring Academic Honor Roll selections today including 160 student-athletes from Moravian University. The Honor Roll recognizes all winter and spring student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University Department of Athletics and Recreation had 193 of its student-athletes receive Dean’s Honors List accolades from the University for achieving a 3.50 or higher grade-point average during the 2024 Spring semester.

Ten Hounds Honored on 2024 Landmark Conference Spring All-Sportsmanship Team

TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has named 76 student-athletes including ten from Moravian University to the 2024 Spring All-Sportsmanship Team. The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

Farhad & Marshall Selected to College Sports Communicators Men’s Tennis Academic All-District

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University sophomore Shayaan Farhad and junior Wyatt Marshall have been selected to the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men’s Tennis Team for NCAA Division III schools.

TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University sophomore Shayaan Farhad has been named to the 2024 Landmark Men’s Tennis All-Conference Second Team in singles and the Second Team in doubles, and he was joined on the All-Conference Second Team in doubles by junior Anthony Ronca while junior Wyatt Marshall was named to the Honorable Mention squad in singles.

MADISON, N.J. --- The third seeded Moravian University men’s tennis team fell to second seed and host Drew University, 5-1, in a Landmark Conference Tournament Semifinal Friday afternoon to end the 2023-24 season.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The third seeded Moravian University men’s tennis squad topped sixth seed Wilkes University, 5-1, in a Landmark Conference Tournament First Round match at Hoffman Courts Wednesday to advance to the Semifinals for the second straight season and set the school record with the program’s 17th win of the year.

Hounds Outlast Catholic to Clinch Third Seed & Home Match in Landmark Conference Tournament

COLLEGE PARK, Md. --- The Moravian University men’s tennis team outlasted host The Catholic University of America, 5-4, Saturday in a match delayed over six hours and moved indoors to the Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park, Maryland as the Greyhounds clinched the third seed in the 2024 Landmark Conference Tournament and a home match in the first round with the victory.

Moravian Suffers First Landmark Conference Loss of the Season in Setback to Drew

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men’s tennis team suffered its first Landmark Conference loss of the 2023-24 season, falling to visiting Drew University, 6-3, at Hoffman Courts Tuesday in the Greyhounds’ final home match of the regular season.
