Emergency Information

Please check here if the participant is not covered under an insurance policy. Please be aware that all bills will be sent directly to the parent and/or legal guardian.

Cost/Payment

Please read through all three packages carefully to see which on best fits you or your child.

 

Overnight Package - Cost is $425 per person
Package includes: Three night stay in our dorms, breakfast lunch and dinner for each camp day, our fun daily/evening activities, and one campers t-shirt Please note: Bed linens are not provided. Please bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
Commuters Package - Cost is $350 per person
Package includes: Breakfast lunch and dinner for each camp day, our fun daily evening activities, and one campers T-shirt Please Note: This package does not include arranged place to sleep.
Day Package - Cost: $300 per person
Package includes: Lunch, one Campers T-Shirt Please Note: This package does not include breakfast or dinner. Day campers will arrive before our morning track and field session and will be picked up after our evening session. These campers will also not participate in our evening fun activities.

 

All athletes will participate in two track and field sessions a day and a Track and Field meet on the last day of the Moravian Track and Field Camp.

Moravian Track and Field Camp must be paid in full prior to the first day of camp. Payments can be cash or checks made out to Moravian Track and Field, Athletics- Johnston Hall, 1200 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018
