2022-23: Poniktera competed in the 6k event in the cross country season and competed in the 800m, 1500m, the mile, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m, 3000S, and the DMR events in the track and field season. Poniktera was awarded Landmark All-Conference Second Team Honors in the cross country season. Also earned NCAA DIII Metro All-Region Honors for finishing in the top 35 at the cross country regionals. Awarded the USTFCCCA Academic Award. Poniktera was also awarded the Landmark All-Conference First-Team in the Distance Medley Relay. She was also awared Second Team All-Conference in the 3000m steeplechase. Also selected to the USTFCCCA's Metro All-Region in the steeplechase. Poniktera was also selcted on the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Track and Field/Cross Country Team for NCAA Division III schools.
