Senior Steve Ambrosi Named Landmark Track Athlete of the Week
MADISON, N.J. – Senior Steve Ambrosi (Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany Hills) of the Moravian College men's track & field team was named the Landmark Conference Track Athlete of the Week for the week of February 13th.
MADISON, N.J. – Senior Steve Ambrosi (Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany Hills) of the Moravian College men's track & field team was named the Landmark Conference Track Athlete of the Week for the week of February 13th.
Ambrosi set a new Landmark record in the 800-meter run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games. The senior won the event, posting a time of 1:53.34, which bested the previous record by nearly two seconds. It is the second-fastest time in school history, and ranks fourth in Division III this season.
The Greyhounds return to action on Friday, February 17th when they head to the Susquehanna University Indoor Open that is scheduled for 4 p.m.
