BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation had 170 of its student-athletes receive Dean’s List honors from the College for achieving a 3.50 or higher grade-point average during the 2019 Spring semester.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Maria DeBonis Braxmeier ’09; Tracy Fitzpatrick Franklin ’09; Jeff Pukszyn ’98; Jason Toedter ’06 and Nathaniel Tussey ’08 make up the class of 2019 that will be inducted into the Moravian College Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, October 11 in Johnston Hall. The 2005 women’s soccer and 2007 softball teams will also be inducted that night while Gene Medei ’61 will receive the Robert Martin Herbstman Award.
GENEVA, Ohio --- Moravian College junior Greg Jaindl competed in the finals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase on the third and final day of the 2019 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships being hosted by the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and the University of Mount Union at the SPIRE Institute Saturday.

NEW ORLEANS, La. --- The Moravian College men’s and women’s track & field teams had four student-athletes named as United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honorees in six events.
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- The Moravian College men’s and women’s track & field teams has had three student-athletes – senior John Spirk and juniors Carly Danoski and Greg Jaindl – selected as part of the field for the 2019 NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Championships that will be hosted by the University of Mount Union and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission from May 23-25 at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
TOWSON, Md. --- After the completion of the spring season, Moravian College claimed the top spot to lead the Landmark Presidents’ Trophy standings. The Greyhounds earned three spring titles.
CORTLAND, N.Y. --- The Moravian College men’s track & field squad scored 27 points Thursday to finish 15th of 35 teams at the 2019 All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland after the second and final day of competition Thursday.
TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has named 74 student-athletes including nine from Moravian College to the 2019 Spring All-Sportsmanship Team. The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has announced its 2019 Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll, which recognized 81 student-athletes from Moravian College. The honorees were selected from all eight Landmark Conference institutions with a total of 593 student-athletes.
SWARTHMORE, Pa. --- The Moravian College men’s track & field team recorded four PRs during the Swarthmore College Last Chance Qualifier Monday afternoon and evening led by junior Greg Jaindl setting school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College honored its 2019 senior student-athletes at the annual Senior Athletics Awards Banquet Wednesday night in Johnston Hall. Softball standout Kat Spilman was named the Outstanding Senior Female Athletes while men’s basketball player Oneil Holder was honored with the Outstanding Senior Male Athlete award. The Blue & Grey Scholar Athlete awards were presented to women’s soccer student-athlete Paige Kovacs and football player Nick Zambelli. The H.T.D. Gillespie Award for outstanding service to Moravian’s athletics program was presented to Terry Eddinger and Marty Jo Moyle.
