McPherson was also selected as the Lehigh Valley Small College Women's Basketball Pete Nevins Player of the Year while earning a spot on the LVSCB Team of the Year, and she was the Lehigh Valley Association of Athletics for Women Outstanding Athlete for women's basketball and named Moravian's 2017 Outstanding Senior Female Athlete.

"To be mentioned as a preseason All-American is a great honor for Camille and our program," stated Head Coach Mary Beth Spirk, who is entering her 31st season leading the program. "Camille recognizes her opportunity to play another year is a bonus and she is ready to take full advantage of it."

McPherson enters her final season with 1,028 points in just 55 career games, and she has 386 rebounds, 118 assists, 33 steals and 20 blocked shots entering the 2017-18 campaign. McPherson and the rest of the Greyhounds are scheduled to begin the year on Wednesday, November 15 when the squad hosts rival Muhlenberg College in a non-conference game tipping off at 6:00 p.m. in Johnston Hall.
