BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation had 170 of its student-athletes receive Dean’s List honors from the College for achieving a 3.50 or higher grade-point average during the 2019 Spring semester.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College honored its 2019 senior student-athletes at the annual Senior Athletics Awards Banquet Wednesday night in Johnston Hall. Softball standout Kat Spilman was named the Outstanding Senior Female Athletes while men’s basketball player Oneil Holder was honored with the Outstanding Senior Male Athlete award. The Blue & Grey Scholar Athlete awards were presented to women’s soccer student-athlete Paige Kovacs and football player Nick Zambelli. The H.T.D. Gillespie Award for outstanding service to Moravian’s athletics program was presented to Terry Eddinger and Marty Jo Moyle.
RALEIGH, N.C. --- The Moravian College women’s basketball squad has been named as the NCAA Division III winner of the 2019 Kay Yow Cancer Fund Play4Kay fundraiser with $19,480 raised in 2019, the 11th straight year that the Greyhounds’ program has led NCAA Division III schools in Play4Kay.

TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has announced its winter 2018-19 Landmark Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll, which recognized 42 student-athletes from Moravian College. The honorees were selected from all eight Landmark Conference institutions with a total of 365 student-athletes.
TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has named 46 student-athletes including four from Moravian College to the 2018-19 Winter All-Sportsmanship Team. The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.
TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College juniors Maddie Capuano and Nadine Ewald have been selected to the 2019 Landmark All-Conference Women’s Basketball Teams with Capuano making the First Team and Ewald earning a spot on the Second Team.
SCRANTON, Pa. --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team saw its 2018-19 season with an 84-54 loss to top seed and No. 12 The University of Scranton in the Landmark Conference Semifinals Thursday evening in the John Long Center in Scranton.
TOWSON, Md. --- Due to the predicted inclement weather for Wednesday, February 20 within the footprint of the Landmark Conference, the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Semifinal games scheduled for tomorrow have been moved to Thursday, February 21.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team is the fourth seed in the 2019 Landmark Conference Tournament and is set to travel to top seed The University of Scranton in a semifinal game on Thursday, February 21 tipping off at 7:00 p.m. in the John Long Center in Scranton.
ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team rallied from a 14-point deficit with 8:39 to play to take a one-point lead with 37 seconds left before falling to host Elizabethtown College, 82-79, in the Landmark Conference regular season finale Saturday afternoon.
