Hounds Tied for Eighth After Opening Round of the Battle at Bulle Rock
HARVE DE GRACE, Md. --- The Moravian University men’s golf team is tied for eighth place after the opening round of the Battle of Bulle Rock being hosted by Alvernia University Tuesday at the Bulle Rock Country Club.

How It Happened
- The Greyhounds posted a four-man total of 322 in the opening round to tie with Juniata College
- Christopher Newport (Va.) University leads the 13 teams with a first-round total of 303, two strokes ahead of Dickinson College
Moravian Results
- Sophomore Austin Fulton is tied for 11th of 68 golfers with a first round of 77 that included two birdies and nine pars
- Freshman Zach Miller shot a 79 on Tuesday to tie for 23rd, and he recorded two birdies and nine pars
- Senior Robbie McNelly carded an 83 to sit in a tie for 44th after the opening round. He had nine pars in his round
- Sophomore Stevie Grosscup also registered an 83 to tie for 44th, and he posted a pair of birdies and five pars
- Freshman Andrew Borneman finished with an 88 to sit in a tie for 60th. He had a birdie and eight pars in the first 18 holes of the tournament
