The Moravian College men’s tennis team saw its four-match winning streak snapped in a 7-2 Landmark Conference loss to The University of Scranton at Hoffman Courts Friday.
The Moravian College men's tennis team saw its four-match winning streak snapped in a 7-2 Landmark Conference loss to The University of Scranton at Hoffman Courts Friday.
The Greyhounds led 2-1 after doubles actions with wins by senior Doug Morrow and junior Nick Yelito, at first doubles and juniors Kevin Holze and Drew Shreter in a tiebreaker at second doubles.
However, Scranton swept the singles matches to earn the victory. Moravian had two players, Yelito at fifth singles and senior Thomas Turcich at sixth singles, force third sets in their singles contests.
