Women's Basketball to Host 12 Home Games This Winter
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's basketball team will play 12 home games in Johnston Hall as part of its 2012-13 schedule.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's basketball team will play 12 home games in Johnston Hall as part of its 2012-13 schedule.
The Greyhounds open the season with a road game at Ursinus College on November 15th before a trip to the Franklin & Marshall College Tip-Off Tournament on November 17th and 18th. Moravian's first home game of the year is set for Tuesday, November 20th versus DeSales University at 6:00 p.m.
There is a change to the Landmark Conference schedule in 2012-13 with games on Wednesdays and Saturdays instead of Fridays and Saturdays as had been the schedule since the conference began action in 2007-08. The Greyhounds start the Landmark season on Saturday, December 1st versus Juniata College in Johnston Hall at 2:00 p.m.
Moravian will host the 12th Annual Starters Moravian Winter Classic on January 2nd and 3rd with Valley Forge Christian College, FDU-Florham and Neumann University. The Greyhounds have scheduled their annual Play 4Kay game on Saturday, February 9th versus Susquehanna University at 2:00 p.m.
