Women's Basketball to Host Parent/Daughter Clinic on October 28th
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's basketball team will be hosting a Parent/Daughter Clinic on Sunday, October 28, 2012 in Johnston Hall to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's basketball team will be hosting a Parent/Daughter Clinic on Sunday, October 28, 2012 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Johnston Hall to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
The Greyhounds are inviting girls ages 7 to 17 to participate in the clini with a parent or guardian. Basic basketball skills will be covered, and there will be contests and games throughout the afternoon. Click for more information.
The clinic costs $10 per participant with $5 of that amount being donated to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To register for the clinic, click here.
Moravian's women's basketball team has been participating in the Play 4Kay in conjunction with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund for the last four years, leading all NCAA Division III schools in donations the last three years and posting a four-year total donation of over $29,000.
