Kreuder & O'Rourke Named Captains for the Women's Basketball Squad
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Moravian College women's basketball head coach Mary Beth Spirk named senior guard Amanda Kreuder and junior guard Katie O'Rourke co-captains of the 2012-13 women's basketball squad.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Moravian College women's basketball head coach Mary Beth Spirk named senior guard Amanda Kreuder and junior guard Katie O'Rourke co-captains of the 2012-13 women's basketball squad.
Kreuder, who was named the 2011-12 Unsung Hero Team by the Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Organization, averaged 8.9 points and 3.0 rebounds per game to go with her 63 assists and 37 steals last winter.
O'Rourke put up 7.9 points and 5.8 boards per contest to go with her 73 assists and 53 steals last season.
The Greyhounds open up their 2012-13 season on Thursday, November 15th as they travel to Ursinus College. The contest is scheduled for 7 p.m.
