BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's soccer team will be hosting its 3rd Annual Pink Out Game on Saturday, October 27th versus Susquehanna University on the HUB Quad at 1:00 p.m.
The match is Moravian's final Landmark Conference contest and last regular season match for 2012. The team will donate a portion of retail sales at the match and will also be accepting donations for Moco for Coco.
Moco for Coco works with The Coco Foundation to provide support for all those affected by pediatric cancer. In November 2009, then three-month-old Coco Lazaridis was diagnosed with juvenile leukemia. After intensive chemotherapy treatments and a successful blood transplant, she has been in remission for over two years. The Coco Foundation was founded in Coco's honor by her family and friends. Greyhound sophomore Kirsten Schall is working closely with Moco for Coco.
The women's soccer team hosted its first annual Play for the Cure Soccer Clinic on September 25th and raised almost $300 for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
