- The squads played a scoreless first half. Both teams had four corner kicks in the opening 45 minutes of action while Stockton had a 6-2 edge in shots
- The Ospreys broke onto the scoreboard in the 55th minute with an unassisted goal
- Stockton added another goal in the 66th minute to extend the lead to 2-0
