Four Moravian Student-Athletes Honored by LVAIAW

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Four Moravian College student-athletes, seniors Eileen Black, Micah Leonard and Jesse Krasley and sophomore Alexis Wright were honored with awards at the 2013 Lehigh Valley Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women Annual Awards luncheon at Starters Pub Tuesday.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College is joining with schools across the country in celebration of NCAA Division III Week, which officially began on Monday, April 8th and runs through Sunday, April 14th. This second annual event will celebrate student-athletes' academic achievements and athletic accomplishments, in addition to their campus leadership and their involvement in community service.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Nearly 90 area girls from kindergarten to eighth grade took part in a free Girls in Sports clinic in Moravian College's TImothy Breidegam Fieldhouse Saturday to complete Moravian's week-long celebration of the 40 years of Title IX.

The win marks the 28th of the season for the Greyhounds, breaking the single-season win record previously set at 27 back in 1992 and 1998.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Moravian College volleyball team fell to The Catholic University of America, 3-2, Saturday afternoon in the Landmark Conference Semifinals. The Greyhounds fell by set scores of 25-14, 21-25, 25-18, 21-25 and 15-13.
