Greyhounds Finish Trip to Florida with Setback to Covenant

KISSIMMEE, Fla. --- The Moravian University men’s tennis squad fell to Covenant (Ga.) College, 5-2, Wednesday morning at Oak Street Park in Kissimmee as the Greyhounds finished their Spring Break trip to Florida.

  • The Scots swept the doubles action to take a 1-0 lead
  • The Greyhounds evened the contest at 1-1 as sophomore Roman Farhad posted a 6-0, 6-1 victory at fourth singles. However, Covenant won the next two contests to move back ahead 3-1. Sophomore Joey Kelly earned a 6-1, 6-3 win at fifth singles before the Scots captured the final two singles matches and the contest
