Moravian Tops St. Scholastica for Third Straight Win
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- The Moravian University women’s tennis team won five of six singles contests on the way to a 5-2 non-conference victory versus the College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) at Sanorlando Tuesday afternoon.

How It Happened
- The squads started with singles as the Greyhounds captured five of the six contests to win the match. Junior Leah Zolotareva recorded a 6-1, 6-2 victory at first singles while senior Izzy Szmodis had a three-set triumph at second singles. Freshman Natalia Smith added a 6-1, 6-0 win at third singles while junior Sydney Shifman won 6-2, 6-1 at fourth singles. Freshman Kaelyn Balko picked up the final point with a 6-2, 6-0 triumph at fifth singles
- The tandem of Balko and Smith won 6-3 at first doubles; however, the Saints won the other two matches to earn the doubles point
