Moravian Men Fifth at Lehigh Invitational
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men’s cross country squad began the 2025 season by finishing fifth of six schools in the Lehigh University Invitational run at the Goodman Campus Friday evening.

How It Happened
- The Hounds scored 114 points while NCAA Division I Saint Joseph's University finished first with 43 points
- Senior Bryan Kerchner paced the Greyhounds with a 19th place finish among the 95 runners on the 6,000-meter course with a time of 18:40.2
- Graduate student Cole Frank finished 22nd in 18:43.3 in his first race for Moravian while junior Gavin Hefferan placed 28th with a time of 18:54.6
- Junior Logan Betyeman took 29th at 18:56.2 while junior Nate Moore was 42nd in 19:12.0 to round out the Greyhounds' top five runners
- Freshman Braeden Knotts placed 53rd in a time of 19:40.0 in his first collegiate meet while sophomore Riley Trigo finished 55th in19:45.2
- Rounding out the Moravian competitors were freshman Jonathan Pajrowski in 67th at 20:32.2, senior Joe Allegro at 68th in a time of 20:40.0, freshman Aiden Nieman in 69th in 20:42.8, sophomore Jake Mattes at 70th in 20:43.3, freshman Nick DeGeronimo in 73rd at 20:52.2, freshman Jared Petre at 77th in 21:06.2, junior Jackson Royds in 82nd with a time of 21:27.4, freshman Colin Wagner at 85th in 21:42.7, sophomore Charles Champagne in 86th at 22:06.2, senior Jackson Gaffney at 87th in 22:26.9, junior Jordan Gagner in 90th with a time of 22:35.8, junior Xander DiMatteo at 92nd in 23:15.1 and junior Dylan Benbow in 95th at 24:53.9
