Greyhounds Hit Seven Regional Marks on Senior Day at Coach Pollard Invitational
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s outdoor track & field squad collect seven All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying marks in the annual Coach Pollard Invitational on Senior Day Friday at Timothy Breidegam Track.

Moravian Top 10 Finishers
- Freshman Katherine Board was the runner-up in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 40:42.64 while senior Ally Meeks placed fourth in 42:34.68
- Junior Margie Rayne finished third in the discus with an AARTFC qualifying mark of 40.97 meters (134-5)
- Rayne was also third in the shot put with an AARTFC qualifying distance of 12.70 meters (41-7.75) while junior Karalyn Vashey took eighth at 11.81 meters (38-8.75) and senior Mikayla Woodring finished ninth with a mark of 11.79 meters (38-8)
- Senior Liz Miskovsky placed third in the hammer throw with a toss of 42.74 meters (140-3) while Woodring was fifth at 41.72 meters (136-11) and junior Heather Adams finished tenth at 39.37 meters (129-2)
- Freshman Emma Shafnisky took fifth in the finals of the 100-meter hurdles in an AARTFC qualifying time of 15.53 seconds after qualifying seventh with an AARTFC qualifying time of 15.62 seconds
- Senior Abby Giamoni placed fifth in the 400-meter dash in an AARTFC qualifying time of 58.37 seconds
- Giamoni was also sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.99 seconds
- Junior Ali Haefele took sixth in the long jump with an AARTFC qualifying distance of 5.39 meters (17-8)
- Freshman Becca Caird placed sixth in the javelin with a toss of 32.60 meters (106-11) while senior Abby McClaskey was eighth at 31.60 meters (103-8)
- Sophomore Alyssa Hockenberry finished eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 12:05.46
- Senior Rachael Goodman was ninth in the 1,500-meter run in 4:56.80
- The Hounds' 4x100-meter relay squad of Shafnisky, Giamoni, junior Shai Knight and freshman Katelyn Davis placed third in an AARTFC qualifying time of 49.45 seconds
- Moravian's 4x400-meter relay team of Goodman, seniors Rylie Murphy and Amber Poniktera and sophomore Kiersten Klingner was ninth in 4:27.46
- Prior to the start of the meet, Moravian honored seniors Bella DeMassa, Caillie Fish, Abby Giamoni, Rachael Goodman, Hannah Kolonski, Abby McClaskey, Ally Meeks, Liz Miskovsky, Rylie Murphy, Arin Peykar, Amber Poniktera, Ashley Rodrigues, Lexi Rushatz and Mikayla Woodring
