How It Happened
- The Tigers scored the first two goals of the match before sophomore attack Ryan Kokoszka got the Greyhounds on the scoreboard four and a half minutes into action. Colorado added a goal before senior midfielder Dan Kelly scored for the Blue & Grey. After the Tigers scored, sophomore attack Nick Coffaro netted a goal to make it 4-3 with just under four minutes left in the first quarter. Colorado put a pair of goals in the net before graduate student attack Trevor Dzama and senior midfielder Aaron Judge tallied goals to pull the Hounds within a goal after 15 minutes of action
- Judge scored on a man-up opportunity to begin the second quarter to even the contest at 6-6. However, the Tigers added five goals to head to the intermission with an 11-6 lead
- Judge found the net again to start the second half while Colorado added six goals to lead 17-7 after 45 minutes of play
- The Hounds scored the lone goal of the fourth quarter
Inside the Numbers
- Moravian had six players register a point in the contest with Judge netting a hat trick
- Kokoszka netted two goals while Kelly had a goal and three assists
- Coffaro and Dzama both scored one goal while senior short stick midfielder Kyle Weiss and senior Steven Salica each had one assists with Weiss scooping up two ground balls
- Freshman Owen Deady was 10-for-18 on face-offs to go along with four ground balls while senior Gannon Mesko was 3-for-10 on face-offs
- Freshman midfielder Dylan DeNaples contributed three ground balls while sophomore long stick midfielder Andrew Cassese and senior short stick defensive midfielder Aden Moskovitz both had two ground balls
- Sophomore goalie Liam Kelly posted one save in 37 and a half minutes of action while sophomore goalie Nick Crames made six saves in the final 22 and a half minutes and junior defender Mike Sickler added a pair of caused turnovers
- Both squads had 19 ground balls, and the Hounds were 1-for-2 on extra-man opportunities
