Greyhounds Race Past Immaculata as Judge Nets 100th Goal & Dzama Breaks Landmark Conference Assist Record
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men’s lacrosse team raced out to an early 4-0 lead on the way to a 17-6 victory over Immaculata University in non-conference action on John Makuvek Field Saturday.

How It Happened
- The Hounds scored first just 36 seconds into the match as senior midfielder Aaron Judge found the net. Just over a minute later, senior midfielder Dan Kelly added a goal before Judge scored twice more for a 4-0 lead with 7:32 left in the first quarter. The third tally by Judge was the 100th of his career as he became the fifth Greyhound to the milestone. The Might Macs countered with two goals to pull within 4-2; however, the Blue & Grey tallied four goals in the final 3:17 with graduate student attack Trevor Dzama, senior face-off specialist Gannon Mesko, senior midfielder Nick Sullivan and junior attack Ryan Kokoszka all scoring to make the advantage 8-2 after 15 minutes of action
- Senior midfielder Steven Salica opened the second period with a goal before senior short stick defensive midfielder Aden Moskovitz added a marker. Dzama set up the Moskovitz goal to record his 137th career assist to break the Landmark Conference career mark of 136 set by Elizabethtown College's Riley Langen. Judge netted a man-up goal and Kokoszka scored again as Moravian took a 12-2 lead into the intermission
- Dzama opened the second half with a man-up goal before Immaculata ended the Hounds' run of nine straight goals. Judge would net one more man-up goal and Kelly struck again while the Mighty Macs tallied twice to make it a 15-5 lead for the Blue & Grey after 45 minutes of play
- Immaculata scored the first goal of the final period while Salica and Judge netted goals for the Greyhounds to finish off the scoring
Inside the Numbers
- Moravian ten players registered a point with Judge scoring a career-high six goals to give him 103 in his career, which is fourth in program history, and Judge also scooped up two ground balls in the game
- Kelly added two goals, two assists and two ground balls while Dzama registered two goals, two assists and three ground balls. Dzama already holds the Moravian records for points, now with 217, and assist, now with 138, in addition to becoming the Landmark Conference's all-time leader in assists
- Salica posted two goals and an assist while Kokoszka netted two goals to go with three ground balls
- Mesko recorded a goal, and he was 21-for-24 on face-offs while scooping up a career-high 12 ground balls
- Moskovitz contributed a goal and two ground balls while Sullivan tallied a goal
- Sophomore attack Nick Coffaro dished out four assists while senior short stick defensive midfielder Kyle Weiss had an assist and five ground balls
- Junior defender Mike Sickler added five ground balls while senior defender Jason Levy had three found balls and senior defender Austin Hittle and junior defender James Panico both registered two ground balls
- Sophomore goalie Liam Kelly registered eight saves and three ground balls in the contest
- The Blue & Grey had a 54-31 advantage in shots, a 47-22 edge in ground balls, were 21-for-25 on face-offs, 15-for-19 on clearing attempts and 3-for-6 with an extra-man
