BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's basketball team is set to tip off the 2025-26 season with a non-conference game at Immaculata University on Saturday, November 8.
Led by the return of 38th-year Head Coach Mary Beth Spirk, the Greyhounds have 15 returning letterwinners and three starters back from last year's squad that finished 6-19. The group of returnees includes senior guards Jayda Cartagena and Juliana Vassallo, who are looking to lead the Greyhounds back to the postseason after missing the Landmark Conference Tournament last year for just the third time in the 18-year history of the conference.
Coach Spirk, Vassallo and junior forward Grace Steffen, who returns after missing last season with an injury, talk about the team's preparations for the 2025-26 season in a preview video available below.
