Minetti Honored on USILA Division III Team of the Week
LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- Moravian University freshman attack Jack Minetti has been honored on the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III Team of the Week for his performance last week.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- Moravian University freshman attack Jack Minetti has been honored on the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III Team of the Week for his performance last week.
Minetti helped the Greyhounds to a 2-0 mark in Landmark Conference action last week while leading the Hounds with 10 goals and three assists to go with three ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers in the two matches. Minetti netted four goals including the game-winner to go with a pair of ground balls in a 9-6 victory versus Drew University, and he contributed six goals and three assists in an 18-5 win at Juniata College.
"Jack helped us secure two great conference wins this week with his scoring. His contributions will be very important in the next few conference games. He's a talented hard-working player," commented Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Dave Carty.
The Greyhounds are slated to return to action on Friday, April 3 in a Landmark Conference contest versus Susquehanna University beginning at 4:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field.
