Greyhounds Sweep Elizabethtown for Second Straight Landmark Conference Victory
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s volleyball squad swept visiting Elizabethtown College, 3-0, in Landmark Conference action in Johnston Hall Friday evening as the Hounds won their second straight conference contest.

How It Happened
- The first set went back-and-forth early with the Blue Jays holding a 6-5 edge before the Greyhounds ran off five straight points to take the lead for good. Moravian would record a 25-15 victory to take the 1-0 edge
- The Hounds raced out to a 10-1 advantage in the second set, and the Blue & Grey captured the game 25-13 to build a 2-0 lead
- The third set was similar to the first early with Elizabethtown up 8-6 when Moravian ran off seven straight points to go up 13-8. The Blue Jays closed within four points at 20-16, and the staved off four straight match points for the Greyhounds before Moravian won 25-19 to complete the sweep
Inside the Numbers
- Junior outside hitter Gabbie Reigner paced the Hounds with 11 kills to go with six digs and six service aces while sophomore middle blocker Kate McBrierty added ten kills with no hitting errors in 18 attempts
- Freshman outside hitter Lauren Donnelly registered nine kills and nine digs while junior middle blocker Payton Reuber posted six kills
- Freshman setter Aubrey Pringle led the offense with 35 assists to go with nine digs, three service aces and a pair of kills while junior libero Sam Love recorded 34 digs and four assists
- Sophomore opposite hitter Ella Kilko contributed four kills and three digs while junior defensive specialist Molly Hughes had 14 digs
