Reigner Selected as Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Junior outside hitter Gabbie Reigner of Moravian University's women's volleyball team has been selected the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for her performance last week.
Reigner led Moravian with 20 kills and 13 service aces to go with 25 digs in a 2-1 week for the Greyhounds at the Elmira (N.Y.) College Invitational to begin the 2025 season. Reigner had seven service aces, four digs and two kills in a 3-0 sweep of host Elmira before recording 10 kills, 14 digs and a pair of service aces in a 3-0 loss to SUNY Oswego. She finished the tournament with eight kills, four service aces and seven digs in a 3-0 win versus Bard (N.Y.) College.
The women's volleyball squad is slated to return to action on Wednesday, September 3 when the Hounds host rival Muhlenberg College in the 2025 home opener in Johnston Hall at 7:00 p.m.
The Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week is selected on Mondays by Moravian's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Sodexo will be giving each week's winner a free Starbucks drink at DeLight's Café.
