Moravian Drops Series Finale to Elizabethtown
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University baseball team dropped the final game of a Landmark Conference series to Elizabethtown College, 10-2, at Gillespie Field Wednesday.

How It Happened
- The Blue Jays opened the game with four runs in the top of the first inning
- The Greyhounds countered with a run in the bottom of the first frame to make it 4-1. Freshman center fielder Luke Keitsock drew a leadoff walk and moved into scoring position on a wild pitch. After two outs and a walk to freshman third baseman Troy Rabosky, sophomore first baseman Wyatt Harrar ripped an RBI single down the left field line to score Keitsock
- Elizabethtown scored a single run in the third, two runs in the fifth and one each in the sixth, eighth and ninth innings to stretch the advantage to 10-1
- Moravian scored once in the bottom of the ninth to close out the game. Harrar led off the frame with a single, and he raced home on an RBI double from junior pinch hitter Sean Superka
Inside the Numbers
- Moravian collected six hits in the game with Harrar going 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI
- Superka had a hit, a double and an RBI while graduate student designated hitter Cole Cherkas added a double
- Rabosky had a hit to go with his walk
- The Hounds drew four walks in the game to break the program's single season record for walks, now with 206 this spring after recording a then record 204 walks in 2024
- Graduate student Aaron Flyte started on the mound and had two strikeouts in three innings of action while freshman Andrew Sagrestano added one strikeout in two innings of action. Freshmen EJ Youngling, Cam Elicier and Tyler Bonelli and sophomore Wes Griffith had saw an inning on the mound with Youngling recording one strikeout
