Ratcliff Named Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior forward Marquis Ratcliff from the Moravian University’s men’s basketball team has been named the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior forward Marquis Ratcliff from the Moravian University's men's basketball team has been named the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
Ratcliff netted a career-high 35 points for his ninth 30-plus point game in a Greyhound uniform to help Moravian rally from a 14-point first-half deficit to a 96-93 double overtime win at rival Muhlenberg College to begin the 2025-26 season. Ratcliff added 12 rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot to record his 28th career double-double, and he shot 8-for-18 from the field, 1-for-3 on three-pointers and 18-for-21 at the foul line.
The men's basketball squad is slated to return to action on Thursday, November 13 in a non-conference game at Immaculata University starting at 6:00 p.m.
The Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week is selected on Mondays by Moravian's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Sodexo will be giving each week's winner a free Starbucks drink at DeLight's Café.
